- 2 months free for a 12 month agreement, saving $216
- Unlimited Remote Support Service
- Receive unlimited phone support, safe with the knowledge it will not cost additional fees
- Should any issue require hands on assistance technicians will logon via remote connection to correct the situation
- Unlimited Support for Hardware Returned To Office
- Should any hardware, that does not need replacement, require direct technician support send it to the BDX office.
- Support will be provided as part of the unlimited response
- Reduced Rate On-site Support - No Travel Charges
- If an event requires a BDX Technician on-site, there is no charge for travel time
- On-site support will be costed at a reduced rate of $85 per hour
- Minimum of 3 months support
- No long term contract required for support
- Only requirements is a minimum of 3 months payment at the start of the agreement
- After the initial 3 month payment support is provided on a month by month basis
- $25 per week, paid monthly
- Unlimited SOHO support is costed at $25 per week pre-paid on a monthly basis
- Payments are received via Direct Deposit, Direct Debit, or Credit Card.
- 2 months free for a 12 month agreement, saving $216
- Sign up for a 12 months prepaid agreement and receive 14 months support
